Gift Cards may be used for the purchase of online merchandise only at www.melissacmark.com . They cannot be used for purchases at in person market events.
Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a bank-issued gift card or already existing Melissa C Mark Jewelry Gift Card.
Gift Cards are not returnable for cash, and may be cancelled if issued or procured fraudulently, or if recipient email is incorrectly provided at time of Gift Card purchase. Merchandise purchased with a Gift Card is subject to all policies as outlined at www.melissacmark.com/store-policies
Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. There are no maintenance fees. Protect this card and treat it as you would cash – lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. This card is deemed purchased in and issued from the State of MN.
Changes to Agreement
Melissa C Mark Jewelry reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, from time to time in its discretion, which changes we may provide to you by any reasonable means, including without limitation by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on www.melissacmark.com . Your continued use of a Melissa C Mark Jewelry Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
