Questions/Repairs

I want you to love wearing your new jewelry; your satisfaction is very important to me! If you have any questions or concerns with your purchase, please contact me here.

If your jewelry is damaged in transit, please let me know. I will offer free repairs for 30 days from date of purchase.

Returns/Exchanges

Because of the unique nature of my work, I do not accept returns.

If you should happen to receive an incorrect order, or if your piece arrives damaged in some way, please contact me . I do offer free repairs within 30 days of purchase. If item shipped is incorrect or if repair is not possible, you may exchange the incorrect or damaged item for another of equal value.

Conditions of Exchange

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and must purchase tracking and delivery confirmation service. I will attempt to contact customer via email upon my receipt of items, but ultimately, customer is responsible for ensuring that their package arrives for exchange. 

Shipping Details

All orders are charged a flat rate for shipping, and sent by USPS First Class Mail with tracking. On average, domestic shipping time is 2-5 days, but postal delays are common. I will send you tracking information that you can follow. 

 

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate your shipping requests, but cannot guarantee specific date delivery. 

Care instructions

For Sterling Silver Pieces: All sterling silver will tarnish over time. When this happens, you may use a clean and soft cloth, or silver polishing cloth to remove light tarnish. Do NOT use silver polishing liquids, silver dips, ultrasonic machines, or tumblers, as this may result in permanent damage to your jewelry.

For ALL pieces: Do not wear in the shower, swimming pool, or hot tub. Avoid exposure to chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, body lotion, suntan lotion/spray, and bleach.
